Membership:
The Capitol
Pops Concert Band is a fully-instrumented band of volunteer musicians and

membership. (This is usually accomplished by inviting you to "sit
in" and play when an "opening" occurs.) You are judged by
playing music with the band - then you may be invited to join. Rehearsals are
held at 7:00pm on Thursday evenings at the Marketplace at Birdcage (Near Ulta)
